Tour Accounting
From the lesser known band starting out, to Multi-Platinum selling Artists, we provide full accounting while on or off the road. Some time bands starting out, need a little advice as to what type of entity to choose, how much insurance to have, how to pay the crew, etc. We have been instrumental in getting many bands "off the ground", as well as, maintaining accounting for Pros. Our duties range from paying weekly bills, processing payroll, completing Social Security Clearances for over seas tours, working with insurance agents to secure adequate coverage, posting credit card transactions (both sales and purchases), to setting up merchant accounts, bank reconciliation, and other various duties.
