Some background regarding our firm...
R&R Business Management was founded in 1996 by Margaret and Staci Robley.
In the beginning, we primarily focused on tax preparation and bookkeeping. In 1998, we began focusing on the Business Management area of our work and found that to be a good fit for our experience.
Margaret Robley has been working in the field of Business Management since 1990. Prior to that, she worked in the field of Accounting. She earned her Bachelors in Science degree in Business/ Accounting from Columbia College in 1982 and earned her Masters in Business at Chapman College in 1985, while working as a Controller. She received her Masters in Tax Degree from California State University Northridge in 1992, became an Enrolled Agent in 1998 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2002. She has worked for some of the largest Business Management firms in the greater Los Angeles area and has worked hard and devoted much of her time to the success of R&R Business Management.
Staci Robley has been working in the field of Business Management since 1998. Prior to starting R&R Business Management, she took an interest in bookkeeping, taking classes and earning certificates along the way. She worked as a bookkeeper in the field of construction and restaurant/hospitality and took classes to become a certified tax preparer. She has earned her Business Management education while being self employed and taking on the challenges as they have arisen. There is no challenge too great that she can't meet head on.
Tamara Boedeker started with R&R Business Management in 2002. She worked her way up from an entry-level postion to someone that can be counted on to get the job done. Tamara is dedicated to her clients and has proven her strong work ethic, tenacity to get it done right and loyalty to all at R&R. We are very proud to have her as a member of our firm.
Additional staff work hard on our clients behalf. Whether it's Pat our "filing expert" who is happy to do whatever is necessary, Crystal our caring and devoted support staff who always shows up with a smile on her face and a take charge initiative, we are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hard-working group. We are all here to help no matter what is needed.
